Publishing to GitHub Pages

Documentation authored with the programming pages theme is compatible with GitHub Pages hosting, so for projects whose source is already hosted on GitHub, publishing docs is as simple as writing plain text and pushing a commit.

In a nutshell

Once:

• Install the theme
• Configure a publishing source for GitHub Pages so GitHub knows where to find your documentation.

Then:

1. Write documentation
2. Push to GitHub
3. Visit your documentation site at https://<username>.github.io/<project>)
4. repeat
